CRESIA started Magnolia, its fourth project in Ciudad del Este, with the groundbreaking and the commercial launch of the building.
Magnolia is on Los Naranjos street, between Yrupé and Palo Santo, in Área 1 of the Boquerón neighbourhood, near Lago de la República. It has 10 three-bedroom residences over five floors, each over 240 m², with retractable glass enclosures on the balconies so they can be used all year. Kitchens are open, with a central island, and join the living area.
The building adds a pool, gym, solarium, climate-controlled event room and a children’s play area on the top floor. Construction takes 28 months and units start at USD 346,300.
