Link Center is one of the most ambitious and significant real estate developments in the recent history of Asunción and Paraguay, with more than 100,000 m² of construction and a mixed-use programme that brings together corporate, residential, hotel and retail space in one place. It stands on Avenida Aviadores del Chaco, on the historic site known as Quinta Dumot, one of the few large plots available on the city’s most valuable corporate corridor.

The project is the result of a strategic alliance between CRESIA, of Grupo Codas Vuyk, as developer, CADIEM as manager of the investment fund, and the international firm Gómez Platero Arquitectura & Urbanismo as architect. Its promoters have said that Link Center seeks to bring together architecture, innovation and a vision for the future of Asunción, connecting work, living and urban experience in a single complex.

The plan includes a class AAA office tower, designed with flexible spaces and going through LEED Gold sustainability certification, set to become a new architectural icon and one of the most modern office buildings in the country. It also includes a high-end residential and hotel tower, designed for people seeking quality of life in the city, and an open shopping promenade that completes the urban experience with restaurants, services and active public spaces.

Link Center comes with a USD 105 million Real Estate Investment Fund managed by CADIEM, the largest real estate investment vehicle in Paraguay’s history, which allows local and international investors to take part in the project through gradual contributions, with the possibility of liquidity through the secondary market of the Stock Exchange. The fund offers a minimum ticket of USD 250,000, an estimated investment horizon of 8 to 15 years and dollar return projections that stand out against other investment alternatives.

Link Center is set to transform the Asunción skyline and to become a new urban landmark that combines different uses, pairing contemporary architecture with an urban strategy that encourages interaction between corporate, residential and public spaces. Its strategic location on the Aviadores del Chaco corridor places the project at the heart of the capital’s economic and social life, next to the World Trade Center and Shopping del Sol, an integrated proposal that drives the growth and modernisation of its surroundings.
