CRESIA held the groundbreaking of Paseo Lomas, its fifth residential development in Ciudad del Este. The event brought together company executives, strategic partners and investors.
The building is in the Boquerón neighbourhood, at Florentín Oviedo and Cerro León. It is a 12-storey tower with 96 studio and one-bedroom apartments from 33 to 48 m², and 46 parking spaces on the ground floor and basement. It has a pool with solarium, fitness centre, climate-controlled barbecue area and a multipurpose room.
At launch, 60% of the units were already sold, with prices from USD 53,590. Codas Vuyk is the builder; works start in June 2026 and handover is expected in July 2029.
