CRESIA held the groundbreaking ceremony for Link Center. Authorities, investors, strategic partners and industry representatives gathered to formally begin the construction of a project that redefines the real-estate standard in Paraguay.
Link Center combines an AAA corporate tower, an exclusive residential tower, a boutique hotel and a retail podium open to the city. On Aviadores del Chaco avenue, it brings work, living and leisure together in one place.
The project is backed by a USD 105 million investment fund managed by CADIEM, rated AA-f/S3 by Feller Rate, and adds LEED Gold and WELL certification across more than 100,000 m² of mixed use.
“With Link Center we show that the Paraguayan market is ready for large-scale investment,” said César Paredes, president of CADIEM Fondos.
