Construction of Vivo Las Lomas began on 15 September 2026, with 80% of its units sold during the pre-sale stage.
The building is on Profesor Manuel Riquelme street, near San Juan XXIII, in the Las Lomas neighbourhood of Asunción. It has 42 apartments over seven levels, including studios, one-bedroom units and two-bedroom lock-off units from 30 to 67 m², with 16 parking spaces and bicycle storage on the ground floor. The rooftop will have a pool with solarium, fitness centre, climate-controlled barbecue area, coworking and laundry.
Codas Vuyk is the builder and the works will take about 24 months. The project is designed for short-term rental, with cleaning and laundry services and smart parcel lockers, and a projected annual return of 12% in US dollars. Available units start at USD 63,000, with financing of up to 30 months.
